 | Djahuti (54) 12/07/2005 | Organic Yogurt is a delicious and economical food with many health benefits and superior taste.I like the plain variety,because you can add different things to make tasty snacks or meals.Most sweetened yogurt is too sweet for me.Plain yogurt with either some fruit or a little honey hits the spot.You can make a hearty breakfast by mixing plain yogurt with "Swiss" Familia cereal:mix in enough cereal to make a thick paste,then cut up some fruit (apples,bananas,strawberries or whatever you like).Let it sit awhile so the oat flakes and grain can soak up the moisture and get a nice smoothe consistancy.Top off with chopped nuts and or wheat germ and you are in for a wonderful,nutritious taste adventure.
