It's so tedious to try make some decent money using google adsense. I started with them a year ago and todate, I have not make much. I have 4 blogs and 6 websites, I followed diligently the philosophy of contents, contents and contents. I tried many ways to build traffic to the sites and I do get traffic but the adsense results is poor.
I will continue with adsense though I don't think adsense is the best answer for making money online.

I had Google Ad Sense for 3 years...I used to earn around 20 US$ per month....In the last year the number of my pages view increased a lot so.....the adsense income passed to around 100 US$ per month....Well...Ad Sense closed my account without any explication. They didn't give me the money and the only thing they wrote me is that there were some Suspected Clicks...nothing more (good Business for Adsense...I haave all the e.mails in my database!!!)!!! So...I lost my money and they didn't answer to all my e.mails. I also have Google Adwords. Often I receive some strange clicks (my Google analytics didn't recorder the visits but I got more "pay clicks" with Adwords then visits sometimes in my website....VERY STRANGE I think. I wrote some e.mails to Adwords and they told me that it was impossible and a lot of other stupid things. So... For small income Adsense can be ok (it's just a joke) for biger income....forget...the business maybe is closing your account and keep the money!...Same thing for Adwords...With Adwords I could say many other things but it's too long to write!

HELLO EVERY ONE, WE HAVE SENT THE FOLLLOWING TO GOOGLES NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THEIR HELP PAGES AS WELL AS EMAILS.WE HAVE PHONED THEMM UMPTEEN TIMES ALSO, ON THE NOs GGIVEN, BUT GOOGLES LACK COURTSEY & ETHICS. COULD THEY SAY WHY SHOULDN'T WE THINK THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM; IF THEY KEEP SILENT ON THE VERY QUERRIES THEY LECTURE THEIR USERS ABOUT ??? AND WHY DON'T THEY REPLY ABOUT SOME COMMENTS THEIR USERS HAVE MADE; AS QUIERRIED BELOW ???? MOST OF THE QUESTIONS WE HAVE ASKED ARE EITHER NOT CLEARLY ANSWERERD OR ARE NOT THERE AT ALL. The Novice HELLO THERE, WE HAVE BEEN READING ABOUT YOUR GOOGLE CASH OPPORTUNITIES AND WISH TO BE A PART OF IT. SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR SOME CLARIFICATIONS, THROUGH YOUR "CONTACT US" PAGES, SENT TO YOU HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. YOUR PHONE CONTACT NUMBERS IN MUMBAI, 9820807338 & 22825669 ARE ABSOLUTELY UNRESPONSIVE, THEREFORE USELESS. WE HAVE BEEN READING SOME BLOGS ABOUT YOUR SCHEME WHERE PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING DISQUALIFIED FOR NO APPARANT REASONS AND, IN SOME CASES, AS A RESULT OF INNOCENT OR INADVERTANT CLICKS. YET, THERE ARE SOME OTHERS WHO COMPLAIN THAT THEY BARELY EARN ENOUGH TO COVER THEIR WEB HOSTING CHARGES. SINCE WE WISH TO AVOID SUCH SITUATIONS WE WISH TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING. WE ARE A COUPLE AND WISH TO JOIN THIS PROGRAMME INDIVIDUALLY, ALBEIT WITH SEPARATE IDs BUT WITH COMMON IPS AND COMPUTER. WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. 1) WILL THIS AFFECT US IN ANY WAY AND HOW DO WE AVOID THE SITUATIONS MENTIONED ABOVE ? 2) SINCE YOU SAY THAT YOU WILL BE PROVIDING US A WEB SITE OF OUR OWN ALONG WITH THE ADS THAT YOU WILL BE SENDING US TO BE PLACED ON THAT GIVEN SITE; CAN WE LIMIT OUR SELVES TO THE ADS PROVIDED TO US BY YOU ONLY, WITHOUT CURTAILING OUR EARNINGS ???? 3) DO WE HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGES FOR HOSTING THAT WEB SITE ??? IF YES; WHAT WOULD BE THOSE CHARGES ???? 4) SHOULD ANY OF OUR BUSINESS ASSOCIATE REQUEST US TO PLACE THEIR DATA BASE OR ANY KIND OF AD OR PROMOTE THEIR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS SITE: WOULD THIS BE PERMITTED ??? CAN WE ACCEPT ANY COMMISSIONS AS A RESULT OF SUCH PROMOTIONS ???? SINCE WE ARE VERY INTERESTED IN THE PROGRAM, BUT DO NOT WISH TO VIOLATE ANY OF YOUR TERMS, WE WISH TO HAVE THESE CLARIFICATIONS ASAP. REGARDS,

Whats the use in having a very reliable and easy to use highly contextual puplisher network if google keeps shutting down accounts for little or no real reason.

Google AdSense changed the landscape of the affiliate advertising forever. You may consider it unfair, but you have to live with it. It gives everyone to get the piece of pie. The only drawback is that the monopolistic company might change the rules in the future to its advantage. For now, it is one of the best possible opportunities to earn passive online income.

adsense is simply the best. i hav tried few more like bidvertiser, adbrite, widget... all of these are frustrating. my site is very well organized with adsense even though it's a small one. but it's useful for sure. chek how effectively you can use adsense... http://www.contest.googlepages.com

The expected response of your query is a bit clouded, but ill follow the "crowd" so to speak and comment nonetheless. These so called "ventures" advertise their self proclaimed benefits with fanfare, but the actually rate of anything more than lunch money is extremely low. This isnt a push or shove to google, this site, or any of the aforementioned. It is instead a reference to the fact there are ungodly amounts of shoddy review sites, blogs, forums, and the like smothered with google adsense. All of which are comprised of 95% user and few visitors. I, as a consumer, upon viewing a web page splattered in low budget ad smothering simply find myself running away as fast as I can. I really cant fathom a legitimate car buyer, or home buyer, finding comments like "dude, this car rocks", or "girlfriend, this car even has a cupholder!" remotely useful. Granted, I applaud the overall intent and concept, but look around. Seriously. There are 1000's of sites that are a mere hit and run collection of useless comments smothered with google ad-sense, links, ppc's , and more. Its really quite maddening and unfortunate to see the desperation of our society.

I had $53.44 in August, 2007. That was a new record for me.

I like Adsense!

For all of its flaws, AdSense is still the king. It's the easiest to manage, the most targeted, and pays out the most. That's a tough combination to beat.

They fired me for 'invalid clicks' so I fired back .... I threw out my computer. lol

TOOO much click fraud. As an advertiser , you really get very little "real" traffic from sites showing their ads. Adbrite.com or Viral-Ads.com offer a much better system of giving you different options ( ie time based rather than click based ) so fraud can be eliminated . Adsense is just abused too much and Google dont really care as they make money from this abuse.
