really people? you have got to be insane to buy from this store... please please please price check before buying a certain gun from here. their guns are literally 15$-20$ overpriced on average. half of thier guns (mostly pistols) are obscure brands that aren't carried by any other major retailers, maybe so we can't price check them? and i agree with the guy several comments before me...thier testimonials/ratings are soooooo fake. just please do your research people. do i really believe that 23 people rated a certain gun a solid 5/5 stars when it is 25$ more expensive than it is on airsoftgi? are these 23 people all that stupid? i got ripped off a few years back... i purchased an echo 1 mp5 for 140$... it found at least 5 well known sites that would give you the gun for 125$ or below. (airsoftmegastore...airsoftsmith...etc) the higher the price of the gun, the more they overcharge. i live in Pennsylvania, which equals a quick 2 day shipping, and i STILL HATE THIS SITE! I'll take 5 days shipping from any california retailer anyday, at least most sites in Cali offer free shipping for high end guns. and ironically, this is one of the very few airsoft websites i have found that do not offer some form of a "lowest price guarentee" or "110% price match guarentee" or one of those offers. wonder why? closing thought... CHECK OTHER WEBSITES BEFORE PURCHACING. I HOPE SHORTYUSA GOES BANKRUPT SOON. STOP RIPPING OFF AIRSOFTERS

I don't know why anyone would shop here, this place is way overpriced. They give a false discount e.g. "regularly 189.99 but we marked it down to 169.99" when anyone who shops around knows that the regular price is $139.95... they are consistently overpriced on just about everything I looked at, don't fall for their sly marketing tricks, planted reviews, and planted testimonials(not only on their site).

While their selection and prices are good, their customer service is awful. The airsoft gun I received was broken and I lost the slip with my order number. You would think that you could email them for this required return information. Nope. After six months of sorting it out with my credit card company I got my money back. But I still lost $10 shipping it back to them. Bad experience!

After a 10 day wait to receive items ordered, I only received part of the order. I will have to wait another 7-10 days for the rest of the order.

The best Airsoft retailer out there hands down. They carry a the best selection and offer detailer product descriptions, quality pictures and customer reviews. By far the best customer service I've ever expereince from an internet store and 99% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours! I wouldn't dare shop anywhere else.
