The Meat Puppets owe their small fame to Nirvana. Overall a sloppy band that made some cool tunes. Their early stuff is good. Later stuff not that impressive. One of The Kirkwood brothers totally lost it and ended up homeless on Van Buren St in his native Phoenix.
