Man, what a classic....and just think TBS gives us 24 hours of it on Christmas Eve....

Witty, well written and directed, with good to excellent performances from the cast, this is easily my favorite Chrismas movie.

I really never get tired of watching this flick. I guess it is because I was growing up at the same time. I got my first BB gun when I was about 8 years old. It was a Daisy, but a couple of years later, I got the coveted Red Ryder and I gave my Daisy to my younger sister. (Yes, RIA, she liked BB guns, too!)

Humorous, lovable film with a great performance by the evil Scott Fargus with his yellow eyes and Davy Crockett cap and Darren McGavin as the dad. The scene where he sits on Santa's lap is priceless. They play it a little too much on cable, but it's entirely worthwhile and enjoyable.
