I had Aflac for a number of years. It was a truly terrible experience. They wouldn't accept any of my founded claims. Very Irritating customer service!!

My son was diagnosed with cancer in Jan. of 08, Aflac sent me my first check within 8 days of filing. After he got out of the hospital and I got all of his bills and had them filed, I had my other check within 7 days, for a total of $55,000. There claims process is unbelievable and their agents are even better. This is a company you can count on when you need them.

My agent has been helpful on following up when a claim has been submitted.
