Here in California we've had a slight weekening of O.T. laws. The longer the Republicans are in office, the worse our chances of keeping these.

The loopholes weren't a liberal creation. In California, anybody more than half time gets benefits, and you are limited in the number of half time people you can hire.

Now we got stupid loopholes and 38 hour work weeks so we're "part time" and don't get benefits. Good job.
