09/14/2007 | Even with the Clean Air Act's obvious benefits, some on RIA continue to argue that the government (which is all of us, or rather, the majority of us) shouldn't interfere with and restrict private industry. It's part of their paranoia about government May they be condemned to live in perpetuity in a no-government society with pre-Clean Air Act Los Angeles smog. (I remember the smog vividly, especially on SmogAlert (or was it SigAlert?) days.)

01/03/2006 | A shame the EPA is pulling the teeth out of the Clean Air Act. Can't breathe in the air pre-Act, and don't want to see us go back.
