12/01/2005 | This was a wonderously well-intentioned program which, when run by the government even partially, costs employers far too much money and benefits "employees" far too little in too many instances. The abuse of the codes is fairly rampant but when someone is injured on the job, it does make an honest effort to reimburse the worker and his/her family justly.
