12/01/2005 | Let's see now. It's 5 degrees in Massachusetts in February. The greenhouse gasses emanating from the Bay State are too high because everyone is burning oil in that area for heat. So the inspectors from the Malagasy Republic, Libya and Uzbekistan meet and order a shut down of all greenhouse emitting entitles in MA until the CO2 gets back to normal. Yeah, I surely want "international" control!
Or maybe we'll go to the Golden State and prohibit driving until the CO2 and NO2 gets below the international "standard."
I am sure that CA and MA, being good blue states, shall rally to the cause!
