Not going to happen, Jerusalem has been historically, the capital of Israel, never an international city. On the other hand, Palestinians (the ruling dictators and terrorists), not the people, don't want peace with Israel.

This is about what the settlement in 1947-48 was to be. It is the only desireable solution in the old Palestine. Any other alternative means the destruction of Israel or the Palestinians. Will it work? Probably not. Too much blood has been spilled and hatred engendered. Israel has to win every battle. The Arabs only have to win one! Do you know of any country in history that has won every battle?

This seems the natural solution, but I'm not sure either side is willing to turn over Jerusalem to an international force.
