Martha achieved the one thing that would gain her the unending hate of a certain segment of the american population ( you know who you are) SUCCESS!

I always liked Martha and I think she was shafted legally. We all realize that if she would have sought legal counsel before talking to authorities as should all Americans, she would have been better off. In fact, I would have given her a five if she told the SEC to stuff it and talk to her lawyer.

Martha doesn't get enough credit for accomplishing all that she has thru her own inititative. Instead, people seem to resent it and want to tear her down. She is very bright to have built up her own empire and anticipated what the public wants.

A determined, hard working business woman who has become very successful and something of a pioneer in her field of business. I think it takes a certain amount of intellect to not only excel , but thrive and be on the edge of innovation in a chosen field and that's Martha Stewart.
