 | jgls (12) 09/11/2004 | i will take the middle ground on this one. he served his country in vietnam, apparently with distinction. he has served the people of massachusetts in the senate for 20 years, and i have no doubt that he loves his country. being wrong on most of the issues as well as wooden and boring doesn't mean he lacks integrity.

 | CastleBee (81) 09/11/2004 | I have thus far not been able to tell just WHO he is or WHAT he stands for. So, who can say for sure?

 | EschewObfuscation (61) 09/09/2004 | Strangely, in the true context of the word, his strict adherence to a code of liberalism is nearly pure. This guy is a military-hating, tax-and-spend liberal who makes Ted Kennedy say, Jeez, come on, will ya? If he gets elected president and we jerk out of Iraq(the way we jerked out of Vietnam) will Americans be safer? Will the terrorists stop hating Americans (and every other non-Muslim in the world) ? Will our allies be inclined to join us the next time we ask for their help? Don't the Russians look brilliant now for abandoning the war against terror?
