12/30/2005 | You got this right. Unfortunately the way college football has become, the best games are no longer on New Years Day. More and more of the best bowls are played several days after, so while I still watch a lot of football on New Years Day, it is no longer as great a day for football.

12/02/2005 | Of course this year New Years falls on Sunday, so on New Years we get the NFL, then on the second, the full day of big bowl games...double good!
