A visit to this museum allows visitors some insight into both Japanese art and Japanese culture. Asakura Fumio used this house as a studio and home for many years, and many of his famous statues are on display here. Equally interesting is the house's layout and architectural details, including an inner courtyard with a natural spring pond, and a rooftop garden.
