ItemImageRob: By doing that, the playing field is constantly leveled. By including challenges like “pick a letter out of a bag.” It’s total crap. It doesn’t reward good play or bad play or getting there first. For me, that is beyond frustration. It’s why I would never, ever do The Amazing Race again. If it was Survivor, I’d be on the first plane.(post-race interview)

Except when Lynn/Alex stopped him getting into a taxi

Amazing race 7: Controversy has surrounded the final leg of the race: when Uchenna and Joyce arrived at the airport in San Juan, both Rob & Amber and Uchenna & Joyce were sold tickets for a flight leaving later than one whose gate was about to close. While Rob & Amber managed to get on this earlier departing flight, Uchenna and Joyce were shown by the gate as the boarding corridor between the gate exitway and airplane began to shut. After a commercial break, the boarding corridor reopened to the gate to pick up Uchenna and Joyce. No explanation was given as to why the gate reopened, which has led to widespread speculation about intervention by the production staff. In the "Revisiting the Race" special feature on the Season 7 DVD, Uchenna, Rob, and Phil Keoghan deny the accusations of intervention by the production crew. Uchenna describes his experience with finding the same airline agent at the gate who had previously informed him that there was no earlier available flight. Rob describes Uchenna running around frantically trying to get onto the flight, which the final edited version of the show does not portray. Phil cites the fact that the decision to re-open the door rested solely with the pilot, and that intervention by the production crew would have resulted in someone leaking such information out.

Gee, Boston Slobs doesn't have a problem with the personal tour guides and their plane reopened for them during the Buenos Aires episode. Face the facts; the only thing that he's good at is losing-not looking up the name of the cigar shop in Spanish while in Little Havana, not spelling Philippines correctly, and letting a little person beat them at the pitstop. Best players never to win, my ass!

Well he got engaged to the Survivor all stars winner, then with her as a partner got runner-up in Amazing race. I thought they made a great team. His next reality show was his wedding to Amber.......not bad!

Definitely has my vote. Did most of the dirty work on Survivor. Saved Amber from being voted off, and risked his own safety by lieing to Lex and getting Kathy involved, and tricking Big Tom into thinking that Rupert wasn't the best way to go.
