 | Djahuti (54) 12/07/2005 | To get the most of your freeweights,a good,sturdy Bench is a must have.For a little more money,you can get one with an adjustable incline,which allows you to work many muscles and muscle groups from several different angles.This helps you avoid going stale and also provides fuller development.Some benches come with or will accept other attachments,such as Leg extensinon,Lat bar,Preacher curl etc.These are nice to have,but if you are short on room and or funds you can do just fine with just the weights and a good bench.
