Helen Thomas a 'Liberal' political columnist? Are you kidding? Of course she is! There is absolutely NO QUESTION where this woman belongs on the political spectrum. And she ought to have been a political columnist or commentator (like Rush Limbaugh and Al Franken on opposite ends of the political spectrum) to begin with because she has never been impartial. Thomas always likes to have her opinions and comments heard above all others (trying as she might to be the story, instead of the one reporting it); and frequently uses her honorary front position bestowed upon her by her colleagues as dean of the White House Press Corp by making her usual tactless, spiteful comments against Republican and/or conservative administrations while being politely passive or actively courteous to Democratic and/or liberal ones. Thomas has not been a real reporter since the Kennedy Administration, and it is time people call her for what she truly is: a 'Liberal' political columnist and a hack.
