Try this. Instead of just tomato juice, add a little homebrew bloody mary mix. To the juice, add some black pepper, a little salt to taste, and enough tobasco sauce to make it impossible to drink the juice by itself. Next, shake well and let it sit for a few hours to let the black pepper steep. Mix 1/4 juice to 3/4 beer. It's a great sinus opener....I drink it almost every night.

Never tried it but beer is never good for a hangover because your putting more poisen in your body which is what gives you the hangover in the first place, but the juice may help. Better off going with fruit juice and gatorade.

Absolutely the best that there is for a hangover.  When I was in college, we used it religiously.  It still comes in handy.  RED BEER!

Of course nothing but time can truly cure you in this lowly state. However, this cure introduced to me by my Mother-In-Law is pretty darn good. I think it must have something to do with the acidity level in your stomach closely matching that of the cocktail. Short of taking one of these new pills designed specifically for a hangover I recommend this method. I had considerable experience trying various methods and this is the best one to let you down easy.
