I don't see it as a character, but it would be handy to have around at work some days. There's a certain anal-retentive twat that could benefit from five minutes in the same meeting room with the critter.

He is awesome and ugly. This scene was really great, including the bit where he ate the gammorean. Too bad he died. The rancor keeper also thought this. Although he rocks I wouldn't want one as a pet. I have nowhere to put it. It's huge and ugly. If I went near it it would eat me.
