I think that they are great. They are not as rough as a Marlboro red but not as light as a Marlboro light. It is a nice and easy in between cigarette. I smoke them on a regular basis and i would recombined them to anyone!! But i would not recombined smoking. I hate that i smoke and wish i did not .But if you are a smoker like i am i would deff choose this cigarette!

They are an O.K cigarette. They are cheap so that is a plus. However, they really aren't what you would expect from a brand like Marlboro. They almost remind me of Pall Mall Full Flavors. Not my favorite, but tolerable all the same. Its nice to see something cheap from Marlboro because they are still decent quality, but not my favorite.

my absolute favorite, just perfect in everyway, reds are too harsh and taste very manufacterd, lights are too weak and find myself chain smoking them....mediums are the best

The best cigarrette in the market, but have to say that they somehow change the blend it does not taste as great as a few years ago. When they first came out.

Nothing special, Just a stronger light

Mediums are the cigarettes I buy when I'm hard up for extra cash and I'm forced to get a buy one get one free of mediums cuz every store always have them on sale; and for a damn good reason. Mediums are really sucky cigarettes, they taste very ashy and stale and have an aftertaste like you licked the bottom of an ashtray. However if you smoke them long enough then they begin to taste like reds and then they become tolerable. As long as your not hard up for money, buy something better.

a really low quality cigarette made by a giant company. They sell rubbish under the name Marlboro. Don't buy them,try s/th better

Horible, I can't quit coughing after I have one. They taste stale and harsh. I don't have the coughing problem with Camel lights or Camel turkish Silver. I think PM is doing a disservice to smoking consumers. These along with Marlboro Lights taste to much like chemicals.

i just plain ont like them especially the 100s-ewwww they have this horrible aftertaste but theyre usually cheap. They taste bad because phillip morris refuses to spend time on fixing the cigarettes that no one smokes...

When I can't find Marlboro Lights (it is possible), or just for a change, these are just as good. A little stronger, but still smooth.

These used to be kind of hard to find around my neck of the woods, and now they're everywhere. Not bad, kind of like a smoother Red or a stronger light.

On sale a lot around here but they have a certain odd aftertaste. As another reviewer said, just like Marlboro lights with a kick. Neither here nor there.

not very widely smoked. they werent too great to me. the flavor is more inconsistent than reds and is only a little bit stronger than lights. basically, theyre marlboro lights with a different package and a slight kick
