This episode was a spoof on the Katrina disaster. Stan and Cartman are admiring a guy's boat that Cartman claims is his uncle's, and he eggs Stan on to take it for a spin. He has trouble controlling it, and it crashes into a huge beaver dam. Cartman and Stan vow to keep silent about it. The news casters are reporting stories, but nobody is actually there to know exactly what is going on. Stan is watching the news as they announce the death rate is in the 100s of millions, and he gets worried but is even more worried to admit to it. Nobody is helping the victims, instead everyone is pointing fingers at who's fault it is. When Stan asks his dad "aren't they going to rescue all the people on the top of their houses" his dad says "first we must figure out who's fault it is." Suddenly, the news reporter announces that the flood was caused by global warming. Everyone panics and goes running and screaming in every direction, because they don't know which way the global warming is coming from. At the end when Stan decides to go save the people himself, everyone is still speculating as to who's fault it is, finally they announce that it's crab people. Stan, disgusted, yells, " I did it, ok? I ran a boat into a beaver dam and broke it" everyone misinterprets it and starts admitting that it was their own fault.
