Not much of a villain, he took on the IRS and lost! If he gets thru his prison term in one piece, he will be a true 'survivor'.

Remember this fat mope who used to run around nekkid on the set? Well he got sentenced to several years in stir for perjury and tax evasion, etc. He got voted onto that big island with a couple thousand other convicts. At least he has a head start. Lots of them have probably seen his bare ass.

Like him or not he got results which I think is the entire point of being a villain on that type of show.
