 | EschewObfuscation (61) 09/07/2004 | A completely unimportant state. Dominated by blacks and members of government worker unions, not the least bit in play so the margin of victory and all delegates are already counted on Kerry's side.

 | ronbu (0) 09/06/2004 | As long as D.C. continues to vote so heavily Democratic, a Republican dominated Congress would never let them have Senators and Representatives in Congress. And they won't get such until the GOP can become competitive in D.C. or until the Dems get close to a two thirds majority in both bodies of Congress and take control of three fourths of the state legislatures.

 | abichara (60) 08/22/2004 | Even in the case of a Bush landslide, Kerry will win DC by a large margin. The combination of a high minority vote and government workers deems this highly Democratic territory.

 | Redoedo (39) 08/13/2004 | Washington DC has a long history of voting Democratic in presidential elections, and this year will not be any different. Kerry's got this one in the bag.

 | louiethe20th (73) 08/06/2004 | Are you kidding me?With the huge minority population, D.C. with be largely in favor of the liberal Kerry.
