I am referring to HAIR portable dishwasher. I had one a few years ago that was incredible with 2 washer arms and solid attachments to my sink. It washed dishes like NO tomorrow. So after 3 years of HARD USE--it quit. So giving the relatively cheap price, I opted to get another rather then seek fixing the old. THE NEW ONE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THERE IS NOTHING USEFUL ABOUT IT. I SPEND MORE TIME HAND WASHING DISHES AFTER THEY ARE DONE THEN I DID WITHOUT A DISHWASHER! Sadly this new machine has one washer arm and the rack to hold the dishes is cheap--the wheel fell off the back instantly--so now I have to lift and balance the rack to even use it. The connector hose is cheap quality. Dishes do NOT COME CLEAN--the unit is absolutely garbage. I wrote to Haier with NO RESPONSE. They do not care. This comes in a line of me replacing 2 upright HAIER Freezers in 4 years--I believe they have lost the quality they could have been. DO NOT SAVE A DOLLAR and buy HAIER!
