A salad might be healthier without the dressing, but it's not worth eating without it.

You can have the dressing on many things but you dare not bring me a salad without it. For that matter don't bring a salad. On the rare occasions when I want one I'll get it my damn self or ask nicely for one.

Well chomping on just bare lettuce is not my idea of a good experience. Something must be on the lettuce for my tastes!

I do like dressing on my salad. Sure it adds on the calories but I do not care. A dry salad to me with no kind of dressing would just sit there. and there are so many flavors of dressing to choose from and so many ways to make a salad never gets boring.
