09/07/2004 | Not competitive at all with the national race. Bush by a landslide, cultural issues are the deciding factor in that race. However the statewide race for the Senate seat is one of the most interesting in the country. Sen. Daschle has a tough race ahead of him, but expect that he will win narrowly. Local farm issues and effectiveness are going to be deciding factors there.
