terrible quarterback. didn't seem to be able to manage the offense well. he had a good arm but he was not at all mobile and just couldn't find a way to win.

Ok, ok. So statistically he was not good at all. But, the 2004 Cowboys were a mess. With Quincy Carter kicked off, Testaverde was asked to come in an extremely stressful and difficult situation. What he accomplished with the Cowboys was that he kept the team together, and helped the team look past all of the crap that surfaced that season.
