Timmy Smith, he had that great game in the Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos. That was basically his carrier. In my opinion he doesn’t really belong on this list. His one game performance was more a testament to the Hogs who opened holes I could have lumbered through. There are other Redskin running backs worthy of consideration such as Joe Washington, or George Rogers while these players did not contribute in a Super bowl they contributed more than Timmy did overall.

Timmy Smith barely had a career in the NFL, but he did have one of the most memorable games ever, especially for a Redskins fan. He rushed for 204 yards and a touchdown in the 1987 win over the Denver Broncos.
