Very similar to Luis Tiant, but without the control or range of pitches. Or the over the top personality.

If you're talking unusual pitching styles, he's the greatest. Garber pitched for the Pirates, Royals, Phillies and Braves and is best known for pitching to Pete Rose and ending Rose's 44-game hitting streak. Garber is head and shoulders above everyone on this list. His style was unique and effective. He basically twisted his body , torso , then spun around and delivered a pitch. It looked very odd on TV yet it worked. There are Japanese pitchers today who pitch kinda this way. Garber was onto something and ahead of his time. His style is what makes him known.
