There is a well-known photo of him as Sundance turning and smiling. To this day, I can look at that and feel my face going numb. I thought he was gorgeous in that film as well as The Sting but my favorite of his heyday was Jeremiah Johnson. Over the years I think hes gotten a bit too much of the great outdoors and has become a bit too crusty maybe sooner than he might have. But, damn if he didnt have it going on in maximum overdrive once upon a time!
