A great cook. Earthy, real Italian cooking. The epitome of an Italian grandmother. She makes use of everything in her cooking, including the pasta water. She's the real deal.

I LOVE this woman ! LOVE HER ! What she makes looks so delicious. Everything ! She's so calm, easygoing and still she loves ot cook. She's like....the ultimate mother, grandmother. I stop what I'm doing to watch her show. Five stars are not enough !
