The LT 250s were great. We have used them for years as work quads on the farm. their low range in a machine this size was hard to beat. Very reliable and relatively good parts supply. I don't know how many were made but there are not too many dead ones about like Hondas. Personally I really like my 250 lt 4x4it has fully independent suspension rides like a Cadillac over the the trails. with superlow range and diff lock it is haed to beat at this size. Suzuki look back and go back to building work ATVs in the 250 size they are the bomb.

These still BEAT the new stuff being built now days. I much rather have one of these older Suzuki models than the garbage being built today. This thing is much more powerful than an equivalent 250CC of today. It is built to last and has tons of POWER!!! Parts are actually quite easy to find even many NEW re-manufactured parts are now being made. Attn: widgeon - I mean no dis-respect but these are much nicer than the stuff that is made now days! Try one and you will see :)

with a lt 250r 2 stroke you can get anywhere... all you have to do is just have it in good conditions and listo. its a good bike and has a lot of power. i have one, to bad its a bit hard to get parts. i 've even been racing it in many countries in south america and eating al quads they have LOL

4 a beginner quad it's a very good machine. No clutch, easy reverse, and a smooth, tight engine. It's to bad that some teens have to wait till they're 16 to enjoy this ride!

if you get one of these in a 4x4 model you basically have a tank.........with the right weight and tires the 4x4 swith diff lock.it wont allow you to get stuck either so i personally think that their only flaw is that they arent the greatest on high speed trail riding....they are stable strong running machines and are very reliable and with the 15 dofferent gear selections they are great for pulling just abpout what ever you want....!
