 | Molfan (60) 03/05/2007 | I really like fried chicken but rarely make it. usually it is baked. I wish I knew someone who could cook really good fried chicken. My aunt Cleo sure could cook great fried chicken. she came from the time you made everything from scratch and boy could she make a wonderful fried chicken dinner. { not to mention a chocolate cake with frosting made from scratch} It has been a long time since i have had some really good fried chicken.{ I am not such a good cook}

Her name was Susie. Man, you talking about somesone who could cook fried chicken and buttermail biscuits! Sure wish I had a piece of that ladies cooking now...

 | hotel283 (20) 02/02/2006 | Not as much an iconic meal in Canada as the States (for a long time the most popular meal in the U.S.) but still popular. Only had the true "Southern Fried" style once, and loved it. Sadly, it shames me to admit that I don't mind "Shake-n-Bake" as well, sorry!
