 | BlueOrchid (43) 11/28/2006 | My grandmother makes the best lasagna, and she's a real Italian.

 | hotel283 (20) 02/02/2006 | When made nicely, it's excellent. But I've had way to many crappy grocery store frozen versions and bad experiences w/ people who want to "make it their own" - crumbled hard boiled eggs in place of riccota? Can I puke please?

 | CanadaSucks (50) 02/01/2006 | It's wonderful as long as it's not mine. . .it's so damn hard to make!

 | Randyman (109) 02/01/2006 | One my personal favorites, both to eat and make. I usually add spinach and slices of hard boiled egg to it. It's really hard to get a good lasagna at a restaurant, as opposed to any other pasta dish, which is why I never order one when eating out. Some foods are just best when made at home and this is one of them.

 | Sundiszno (32) 01/14/2006 | Hmm, Ridge's lasagna sounds suspiciously like the one my wife makes. It's really great, and it's hard to stop eating it once you start. Lasagna is pretty good eaten cold, too (as a leftover). My wife hasn't made it for a while, but seeing that it's cold outside, maybe I can talk her into throwing one together soon.

 | SharonParry (46) 01/12/2006 | I love all the Italian dishes, but Lasagna has to top all, and it has all the food groups in it to boot!

 | Molfan (60) 01/12/2006 | lasagna can be a great dish. one of the better casseroles. Interesting to see each person makes it a bit different. Now I am getting in the mood to make it again.

 | MariusQelDroma (36) 01/12/2006 | Ridge must have some Italian in him to get me to salivate with that fine description of a wonderful food. I'm not as much into the veggies as Ridge, but he and I can probably agree on lasagna being food-coma-inducingly good.

 | Drummond (60) 01/12/2006 | With spinach and italian sausage, and make sure you use ricotta as well as the mozzarella. Try to include parmesan and/or romano as well. Of course, it's really all in the sauce!
