ESPN made themselves look like idiots! If you think 2005 USC can beat 1995 Nebraska, 1971 Nebraska, 2001 Miami, Penn State NC champions of the 80's or even 1994 Penn State, you are crazy. They went undefeated, USC did not. ESPN should've had done "Texas's place in history" instead.

Especially since they were called the two-time defending champions, when they have only won one championship game.

Yes, there was an hour long special the week before the Rose Bowl compairing USC to the other great champions of the past as if they had won the game already. Oops.
