already a great place to watch a basketball game.. the student section is enormous and it is going to be even better this year. the student section has moved seats so there is now room for 1000 students standing on bleachers along the court.

The largest freestanding enclosed concrete structure east of the Mississippi is an archetectural marvel that won many awards when it was built. One of the best and most intimidating home court advantages in the country.

History? Nope. Beauty? Not really. Atmosphere? Nothing special. Good teams every now and then though, especially recently with Pitsnogle and crew.

A decent size building (holds 14,000).... WV has a DECENT, but uprising program (not Kentucky/Carolina/dUKe). The best thing about WVU Coliseum (in my opinion) is the court, I love WV's court...one of the best in the nation.

Loud but old
