I love Tuscany! I have been going there for years for massages and hair and the staff has always been so professional and friendly. They have the best massage staff in Cincinnati. I have always been thrilled with my hair. I haighly recommend trying them out!

Ew. It felt dirty. I got there and the lady at the desk took me back to the 'spa' which was this room with some couch in it that reminded me of something from 1985. It smelled like nail polish remover. I got a facial which was ok I guess. I've never had one before so I have nothing to compare it to. I drive by here every day with my kids and I know it isn't too old...but it feels worn out or something. For the price, I'd skip it.

This place provided to worst experience of my life. On the day of my wedding the owner double booked my appt. Then was very rude. Please don't waste you money or time on her!
