I HATE those people because some of them are too stupid to actually look at your profile. Plus they automatically think you're interested in them. There's nothing worse than those idiots.

There are always worse things one can say to a complete stranger, but I find this behavior highly annoying. Most of the time it's some 12 yr. old boy, who should be spending all of his "free-time" doing his homework or going to bed early for school. Then you always have the ones who come back (after you reject their IM's) with, "well ur prolly fat and ugly anwayz, cuz i can get a gurl/guy wheneva i want 2!"

Definitely offensive.Worse, is when they spontaneously IM you to ask, when they have never even chatted with you. And even worse than that, when it's a person of the same sex, without any reason to believe you go that way. I don't chat except with family and friends, and that, only occassional. I've learned to ignore all IMs from others. That way I don't wind up with a long list of "blocked"s.
