I always felt bad for Jim Fowler. He was the guy in the field who was always being chased by tigers and bitten by wild monkeys. Meanwhile, Marlin Perkins sat on his ass in the studio and soaked up the credit. For once, I would of loved to see Perkins kicking and screaming as he was being dragged of by a grizzly bear.

Used to get stuck watching this at my grandmothers, right after In Search Of and before Lawrence Welk. I later heard that much of their footage was bought, yet they pretend they're the ones filming the animal in the narrative.
