Papalote is worthy of the hype. They bring you this perfect salsa before your food - it's this creamy, spicy, chipotle-y stuff that I could eat a vat of. The carne asada tastes like high grade steak that you could eat with a knife and fork. I hear the Mole is incredible as well. There also appeared to be lots of veggie stuff on the menue like "soyrizo."
