The wealthiest community in Washington. Little wonder given it's location between Seattle and Bellevue and surrounded by Lake Washington. Even the freeway (I-90) is nice here with all the greenery, landscaping, cut and cover tunnels, and the floating bridge. You'll find a lot of deluxe sized homes here mixed in with a lot of large evergreen trees and greenery.
