Our system is good,but not perfect.Allowing the current (or any future)administration to tamper with our due process laws is a mistake.Terrorists will still go to jail with due process-it may take a little longer,but at least those accused yet innocent will not end up in some secret prison in Cuba or somewhere equally inacessable to justice.
