They need the Best Defensive Player on the board with their upper round picks. The Raiders have the makings of a good team, but when in doubt, Draft for Defense or The Best Player Available. Oakland's WR's, RB's and kicker are fine. After that, I'd look at all positions for an upgrade with defense first.
