There might have been a small amount of truth in this statement a few years ago, but now it's pretty easy to rate anything you want. If it's not here, you can always add it.

Say wha? I don't quite get this one, I'll rate it lower than the top reason - "Because it's time for supper."

I don't know what the title means, I rate whatever however, sometimes I get yelled at for it.

How can one who doesn't know it all actually "rate it all"?

Every website has rules.  Actually, RIA seems fairly lenient compared to many other sites, but if anyone's really unhappy with the restrictions, then find somewhere else to play.

 You know, all of the list items here are "good" reasons to lay off RIA, just in different ways.  If someone actually has a medical issue (like carpal tunnel), then of course it's a good reason to take a break.  But, if someone wants to leave because they don't like the rules or they don't like certain people, then it's still a good reason to leave, because the rest of us don't want to hear their whining and crying.  Hanging out here is voluntary.  If you don't like the scenery, change it.

AHA! I cannot rate it all as the name would suggest!

It is becoming harder to create lists that FIT the correct criteria. If you have ever spent time on a list to have it only deleted it can be very frustrating. I do understand there needs to be rules but there must also be room for some flexibility and creativity. To only Rate, Rate and Rate some more with no emotion or passion can be boring.
