About a 3.5. Beckley played from the late 1880's until 1908, and was regarded as a fine fielder and hitter, though he didn't really have a lot of power. He put up some big career totals though, and eventually made the Hall. Not a GREAT player, but good, one of the best first basemen from that time when you wouldn't even get a look unless you had the prerequisite handlebar mustache.
