 | freshwater (0) 12/19/2007 | Our tap water at my house tastes horrible. My mom bought us a water filter to fit over our faucet. She bought the water filter at www.freshwatersystems.com. They carry all of the top brands you can find in the store for a very resonable price.

 | TB 303 (5) 02/01/2006 | Very helpfull to get at least 8x8fl oz's a day minimum. Great for your skin and general health. I myself drink a gallon a day or more depending. I have not drank tap water in over 15 years so using a flouride toothpaste is highly important since regular tap water has flouride.

It definitely tastes better and doesn't give me heartburn, so I'd say it has that as a benefit. It's important to drink lots of water. It probably depends on the standards of your municipality.
