08/08/2006 | I agree with Genghis; the object in question is supposed to be a gardening tool used for raking out weeds.
Reminds me of an OLD, dirty joke my dad told me but I will not mention it here.

08/08/2006 | Back when I was a kid, my parents would give me an implement that was a long wooden handle, with a curved piece of iron stuck into the end, welded onto a thin steel blade that was mounted perpendicular to the handle and told me to go out and chop the weeds out of the beans and potatoes.
Boy, I wish I had been hip in those days and really knew what I was handling!
