 | GoinDownSlow (23) 08/07/2007 | Whatever happened to "An apple a day..."?? Balance the cost in money, emotional and physical energy and the constant refrain of "Are you really going to wear that shirt?!" and I'm sticking with the damn fruit...

 | ashleys (23) 03/21/2007 | I'm surprised at all of the debate. Happiness leads to good health, no? I hope sex makes you happy. If not, there are probably other issues worth discussing.

 | SharonParry (42) 12/20/2006 | Important to have a good healthy sex life or none at all. A healthy sex life consists of a good relationship first.

 | Drummond (54) 02/08/2006 | I've heard that there is a correllation between a good sex life and good health. Makes sense that our biology would reward us for the act that perpetuates the species, since that is in effect the whole point of biological functions.

 | HistoryFan (98) 02/06/2006 | I guess it depends upon the kind of relationship. If you're married, then sex is one of the key ingredients to a health life and a healthy marriage. If you're not married, well....keep waiting ;)

 | FranksWildYears (48) 02/01/2006 | While the measurable health benefits, like burning calories or raising your cardio-vascular levels, may be modest compared to other forms of active living, you can't argue with the fact that having a smile on your face all the time is good for you and the people around you. That's not to suggest you have sex with all of the people around you.

 | zuchinibut (36) 02/01/2006 | I think that having a positive, healthy sex life is important to being healthy. Everybody knows that an irresponsible sex life can lead to STDs and unwanted pregnancies. And while some people may have trouble handling sexual relationships, I think that a lot of people would testify that a good sex life is not only good for them physically, but that it helps them keep a healthy emotional state of mind as well.
