Threw a no hitter and dated Mamie Van Doren, though other than the no-hitter, he was not very good at all as a player.

Bo landed in L.A. and promptly began to parlay the success of one no-hit game into the best rock 'n' roll party tour in baseball history. Bo hit the town, dated Hollywood starlets, models, and up and comers, and partied his way through a short event-filled career. Most of his wins, however, occurred out of the ring.
